Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Thank you for supporting Crowned in Grace. Please read this policy before you purchase or book.
What this covers
• Digital products and downloads
• 1:1 sessions, mentorship, coaching, and group programs
Digital products
• All sales are final. Downloads and digital access are not refundable or returnable once purchased.
• Access. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you receive personal-use access for the life of the product with a minimum of 12 months from purchase.
• Duplicate orders or tech issues. If you buy the same item twice by mistake or have trouble accessing your files, email us within 7 days of purchase. We will help you regain access or issue a duplicate-order refund.
Services, mentorship, and coaching
• All bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or same-day cancellations are forfeited.
• Packages. Session packages expire 6 months from purchase unless stated otherwise. Unused sessions are not refundable.
• Payment plans. By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments for the full program term.
Group programs or cohorts
• Seats are limited. Once the program begins, fees are non-refundable. If the program includes live calls, replays or alternatives may be provided at our discretion.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong with your order or booking, please email us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
